Yes. Votum keeps a strict separation between the authorization layer (who is allowed to vote) and the ballot box (the votes themselves). There is no database link, foreign key, or token connecting your ballot to your identity. We can confirm that you voted, but never how you voted.

Your election organizer uploads the roster of eligible voters. When voting opens, a one-time 6-digit PIN is generated and emailed to the address on file. Enter your email and PIN on the vote page to cast your ballot.

No. Each PIN is single-use and is consumed the moment your ballot is recorded. This guarantees one ballot per voter and prevents double-voting.

PINs are sent in throttled batches once voting opens, so allow a few minutes and check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived, contact your election organizer to confirm your email address is on the roster.

Results are tallied live and can be viewed from each election page. Once an election closes, the final verified results remain available.

Any club, association, or organization can use Votum to run elections for its members. Administrators create elections, define positions and candidates, upload the voter roster, and manage the voting timeline.
