Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Votum to cast a ballot or to administer an election, you agree to these terms. Votum is a platform that organizations use to run secure, anonymous elections for their members.
Eligibility & Voting
- You may vote only in elections to which you have been invited, using the PIN issued to you.
- Your PIN is single-use and personal. Sharing it or attempting to vote on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- Each eligible voter is entitled to one ballot per election.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, the ballot box, or any voter or administrative data. Any attempt to compromise election integrity may be reported to the organizing body.
Organizer Responsibilities
Election organizers are responsible for the accuracy of voter rosters, the configuration of their elections, and compliance with their own organization's bylaws and applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Votum is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and its providers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
